Experience

Fletcher Pilates Studio – Front Desk Manager
January 2025 – Present

I manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, from opening and closing to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every client. I create and maintain data systems to track class schedules, client standings, leads, and sales. My role includes recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, as well as leading team meetings and coordinating studio-wide tasks.

I also oversee appointment scheduling, client communication, and equipment upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment. I support marketing efforts and manage our charitable donation program, including gift baskets and certificates. By introducing new systems and streamlining processes, I’ve helped improve both client satisfaction and team efficiency.

LIDTKE Technologies – IT & Marketing

October 2023 – May 2024

I led the successful redesign and migration of the company’s primary website within three weeks, achieving zero downtime and minimal issues, alongside the development of four experimental sites. I oversaw key IT initiatives, including company-wide migrations from Webmail to Microsoft Office 365, from Nextiva to RingCentral for VOIP, and from Fishbowl to Zoho Inventory for inventory management. I implemented and managed essential infrastructure tools such as NordPass, Action One, and Office 365, while also maintaining logs and recommending new hardware and software based on company needs.

In addition to managing cross-platform environments (Windows, Linux, and Mac), I handled software and hardware upgrades, server maintenance, and network troubleshooting. On the marketing side, I enhanced the brand’s visual identity, updating logos, themes, and labels, and developed campaigns that strengthened our online presence. I produced multimedia content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and assisted in hiring and mentoring marketing interns to build a strong creative team.

LIDTKE Technologies – Executive Personal Assistant

March 2023 – October 2023

I supported the CEO in both personal and business operations, managing high-level administrative duties and strategic planning. I redesigned critical company contracts and established MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. I played a key role in real estate operations, including locating and touring properties for company and executive use. I organized and helped lead weekly team meetings, monitored performance progress, and oversaw hiring procedures.

I developed and implemented foundational structures for the business, including employee handbooks, SOPs, IT infrastructure guidelines, and policies for wholesale and e-commerce operations. I also managed executive travel, maintained the office environment, prepared essential corporate documents, and coordinated internal communications to ensure everything ran efficiently.
